How it began
Our Story

The spark
It started on a post-pandemic Black Friday spree. A freshman needed a wardrobe refresh, and to fix the drip, you gotta fix the kicks. Only one pair bakes in that A1 culture: YEEZYs. And they were on sale.

The grind
A 45-minute commute was just the warm-up. You still have to park. Thousands of cars prowling garages and open lots. One spot opens, three cars snoop in. Suddenly, you're stuck in a monotonous loop that eats your time and kills your chances.

The insight
By day's end, only the 350 V2 Granites remained. Granite. Yuck. Sometimes you lose, but sometimes you solve. What if you could see real-time parking occupancy before even leaving? What if lots had social profiles right on Google Maps?

That spark became the Arbiter model. After years of R&D, countless pivots, and deep customer discovery, VecSpace evolved into a true story of South Texan entrepreneurship and college innovation.
